Features hormonal status in women with polycystic ovary syndrome with different constitutional types

Due to results of studies, the singularities of women hormonal status with рolycystic оvary syndrome PCOS depends on their constitutional peculiarities. Normal weight women with PCOS are inherent to absolute gipoestrogenemia, to increase of luteinizing hormone synthesis by 2.6 times and AMG by 1.3 times compared with the control group. Overweight patients with PCOS regardless of the type of fat distribution, found activation of the suprarenal gland. It was registered high frequency of relative hyperestrogenemia with android obesity patients, while gynoid obesity patients suffered from increased concentration of prolactin, that conducted with hypercortisolemia, which indicats the activation of stress-implementing system. At the same time, patients with PCOS, regardless of constitutional peculiarities revealed a high frequency of hyperandrogenism due to testosterone and androstenedione.
