Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) causes about 57% of all cases of endocrine infertility. For treatment of this disease, currently widely used surgical techniques. However, surgical intervention, enhances the level of prolactin that suppresses fertility. The study included 124 patients with PCOS and infertility after surgery (cauterization of the ovaries). The main group after surgery received a special herbal medicine extract Vitex Agnus castus Cyclodynon for 3 months. The control group – received no correction GPN. Result: the use of the drug Cyclodynon PCOS patients after surgery at baseline prolactin 500–1000 IU/L resulted in a statistically significant reduction in prolactin, increase in the level progesterone and on the frequency of ovulatory cycles.
