Purpose — to study the etiological structure, clinical and paraclinical features of children's acute viral hepatitides. Patients and methods. It was carried out a retrospective analysis of 133 early-aged children' case histories. The period is from 2005 to 2013. All patients were hospitalized to the department of the nutrition problems and early-aged children's diseases with the suspicion to have some liver disease.
Results. The viral liver diseases make up about the half of all cases. The most prevalent is CMV-hepatitis (55.8%) which in 11.5% of the all cases is combined with HSV_6. Children's EBV infection has a low unit weight (3.8%). It can occur in two cases: as the clinically significant form of infection and also can be implemented as inherent disease. Viral hepatitides B and C are presented in 21.2% and 13.5% accordingly. A significant factor is the parents' infections.
Conclusion. This factor is the highest among children with CMV hepatitides. The clinical picture of the acute viral hepatitides is characterized by the appreciable polymorphism, distinctive features were not observed. Acute viral hepatitides B and C in the majority of cases have oligosymptomatic clinical curse. The leading physical manifestations are hepatomegaly and jaundice. Children with CMV hepatitides have a quite expressed cholestatic syndrome. Children's EBV-hepatitis has favourable course.
Key words: acute viral hepatitides, early-age children, clinical curse.
