cute rhinosinusitis is a common disease among all age groups, which is treated as by general practice doctors so by single-discipline specialists. In the article the issues about the treatment of rhinosinusitis are found. The possibilities of irrigation therapy with saline solutions (isotonic, hypertonic) in children are shown.
