Combined pathology of the uterus occurs in 87% of cases. Endometriosis in women of reproductive age is 12 to 50% of cases. An integrated approach to the appointment of personalized / induced therapeutic measures through the use of hormonal and drugs aimed at normalizing metabolic processes (vitamins, macro-, microelements) can contribute to the achievement of positive results.

The objective: is to investigate the effectiveness of the proposed complex, step-by-step personalized conservative therapy in women of reproductive age in patients with combined uterine pathology leiomyoma and adenomyosis.

Materials and methods. A comparison was made of the results of examination of women of reproductive age, patients with combined uterine pathology, leiomyoma and adenomyosis between the groups with traditional therapy (60 patients) and the proposed comprehensive, step-by-step personalized therapy (60 patients).

Results. The proposed complex step-by-step personalized therapy in terms of the frequency of clinical symptoms was more effective according to the results of treatment after 1 year in relation to the standard therapy by 3.0 times, or by 28.1% (p<0.001); according to the frequency of menstrual dysfunction, extragenital and genital pathology – by 2.4 times, or 44.7% (p<0.001); according to laboratory data – by 4.5 times, or by 60.3% (p<0.001); according to the instrumental examination – by 3.3 times, or 36.2% (p<0.001).

Conclusions. The proposed complex step-by-step personalized therapy in terms of the frequency of clinical manifestations of combined uterine pathology with leiomyoma and adenomyosis, menstrual dysfunction, extragenital and genital pathology, laboratory data, and instrumental examination was significantly more effective (p<0.001) after 1 year of treatment compared to standard therapy, an average of 3.3 times, or 42.3%.

Key words: complex, staged personalized conservative therapy, combined uterine pathology, leiomyoma, adenomyosis.
