Modern clinical medicine legally puts the ultrasound examination of the fetus and extraembrionic structures in the leading position, and often assigns its prevalent role in the complex examination of pregnant women. This study was conducted in 294 pregnant women showed that Doppler study of the intensity of blood flow in the uterine arteries is appropriate to include in the algorithm of first trimester examination of all pregnant women, regardless of the degree of obstetric and perinatal risk in order to select a group of high perinatal risk, as well as to obtain initial indicators for uteroplacental hemodynamics formation for further, more objective assessment of the dynamics of changes in uterine blood flow, taking into account the intensity of the growth of blood flow during pregnancy.

Key words: pregnancy, uterine arteries pulsed Doppler, prediction pregnancy outcome.
