The article deals with the diagnosis of acute rheumatic fever according to revision of the Jones criteria 2015. Experts highlighted major and minor criteria for the diagnosis of acute rheumatic fever for low-risk populations and for moderate-risk and high$risk population. Of particular importance is the diagnosis of subclinical carditis that is classified as major criterion in revised 2015 Jones criteria. Doppler findings and morphological findings on echocardiogram in rheumatic valvulatis were highlighted by experts, which will help timely diagnosis and avoid cases of hyper- or hypo- diagnosis.
Key words: acute rheumatic fever, Jones criteria, revision 2015.
