Contraception at women with extragenital pathology: preventive maintenance of not planned pregnancy and infringements of reproductive health

Research objective: decrease in frequency and degree of expressiveness of infringements of reproductive and somatic health at use of various methods of contraception at women with extragenital pathology on a basis working out and introductions of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions.
Material and research methods. 4 groups on 100 women of reproductive age by vegeto-vascular dystonia, autoimmune thyroidite, chronic pathology of liver and kidneys which used various methods of contraception have been allocated. Control group 50 women of reproductive age without extragenital pathologies which used mechanical means of contraception.
Clinical, functional, laboratory and statistical methods have been included in a complex of the spent researches.
Results. Results of the spent researches testify that the offered algorithm of preventive maintenance of not planned pregnancy and decrease in frequency of infringements of reproductive health allows allows not only to warn not desired gestation, but also to lower frequency of infringements of reproductive health at women with the basic variants of somatic disease.
The conclusion. For optimisation of contraception at women with extragenital pathology probably use of a combination hormonal and phytopreparations, and also intrauterine contraceptions on offered algorithm.
