Description of the clinical case indicates low informative value of the individual methods of diagnosis by endophytic form of cervical adenocarcinoma (ACC), but the integrated use of morphological (cytological, histochemical, immunohistochemical), enzyme immunoassay, molecular-genetic methods and radiation techniques (MRI, ULTRASOUND) allow you to install this type of carcinoma.

Key words: adenocarcinoma, cervix cancer, diagnosis, treatment.
