The objective: studying of clinical aspects of current of pregnancy and labours at multipara pregnancy after auxiliary reproductive technologies.
Patients and methods. The analysis of results of pregnancy at 50 women with multipara pregnancy which has come after auxiliary reproductive technologies is carried out. Middle age of women made 31.2±0.6 years. Primary barreness was at 46.0% and secondary – at 54.0 %. Duration of treatment of primary barreness has made 5.9±0.7 years and secondary – 8.1±0.7 years. From the first attempt pregnancy has come at 90.0 % of women, from 2–4 attempts – at 8.0 %, from the sixth attempt – at 2.0 % of women.
Results. Results of the spent researches testify that pregnant women with induced multipara enters into group of high risk on development obstetrical complications: interruption threats, preeclampsia, irondefecy anaemia and placentary dysfunction.
Conclusion. In this connection there is a necessity for careful supervision and inspection of patients for the purpose of decrease in frequency of these complications, developments of tactics of conducting pregnancy and labours, preservations of health of the woman and reception of healthy posterity.
