Bronchial asthma in children: aspects of during and prophylactic

These article devote to problem of manifestation of factor's risk of development and prognosis of course the bronchial asthma in children of Precarpathian region. The analyses of health children with the bronchial asthma were devoted. The causes and the factors of risk of acute the bronchial asthma were find out. Among the main factors risk were selected insufficient breast-feeding, early artificial feeding, soil air, social-economic standard of the family, immunodeficiency, atopy, passive smoking. The main factors of the risk of development the bronchial asthma in children are some of them endogenic: morpho-fanctional unripe and genetic particularly — limfatic constitution, antynatal and postnatal development (perynatal disturbant), attendant pathology, stomachal diseases, vegetative dysfanctions, exogenic stresses, polypragmasy, early socialization of children.
