Adverse effects of antiemetics in adolescents

Results of investigation of neurotransmitter pathways, practical approaches to the antiemetic use and frequency of side effects are present in the article. The study evaluated the prevalence of extrapyramidal disorders which may be possible in case of using antiemetics. Understanding of neurotransmitter pathways, physicians awareness about neurological disorders which may be possible in case of using antiemetics help clinicians to improve the effectiveness of treatment of different diseases with nausea and vomiting, it makes treatment safeness and cost-effectiveness.
