This article shows a clinical case of successful surgical treatment of a newborn with multiple congenital malformations: oesophageal atresia with a long gap (up to 5 cm) and tracheoesophageal fistula joined the trachea in its bifurcation, duodenal atresia caused by annular pancreas, dextroposition of arch of aorta and its descending part. Landmark surgery was performed: extrapleural thoracotomy with distal tracheoesophageal fistula crossing and end to end esophageal anastomosis (on 2 day) and laparotomy with a bypass duodenoduodeno anastomosis combined with gastrostomy (Kader's method) and small intestine catheterization beyond the anastomosis (on 26 day of life). Suggested tactics, method and technique of surgical treatment proved to be effective, made it possible to restore enteral nutrition and gastrointestinal passage, provide normal physical development of the child.
Key words: multiple congenital malformations, Associated esophageal and duodenal atresias, annular pancreas, surgical management.
