For optimization early diagnostics of congenital viral infections of newborns testing of express diagnostic methods, research of perinatal anamnesis, clinical course features. The criteria for the diagnostics of congenital viral infections and algorithm for the differential diagnosis of isolated and mixt-form infections are developed. 

Key words: newborns, congenital viral infections, diagnostics criteria.
