In the article presents data on the comparative analysis of the platelet and plasma hemostasis in women with stable angina who were in a postmenopause. Correlation analysis and got close correlation between serum containing estradiol, progesterone and progesterone estradiol- ratios and indicators induced platelet aggregation and as anticoagulant, fibrinolytic systems of hemostasis and levels of natural anticoagulants in the early postmenopausal period in early postmenopausal women with established CHD stable accompanied prothrombotic and pro-coagulating changes of hemostasis, the severity of which depends on the content in serum levels of estradiol, progesterone and their relationship.
