Results of the spent researches testify that dynamic ehografical supervision at multipara pregnancy are informative enough in aspect of timely diagnostics of an arrest of development of one or both fetus. Features of growth of fetus at dihorial twins are identical to indicators of development of fetus at the dissymetric form of an arrest of development at onepara pregnancy. Most differences appear in 38 weeks, a cord the increase of weight of body sharply decreases and growth of a head of fetus that can be caused decompinsation placentary function at multipara is slowed down. With the account above stated it is possible to assume that pregnancy prolongation dihorial twins after 38 weeks is inexpedient. The advanced algorithm of conducting pregnancy allows to bring in due time an attention to the question about preschedule delivery women for improvement perinatal pregnancy outcomes.

Key words: multipara pregnancy, ehografia, a fetus arrest of development.
