The aim of the study was to study the reasons for patient seeking aesthetic labiaplasty. Conducted a retrospective analysis of 57 patients who came to the clinic for reduction plastic of labia minora. The reasons for intimate surgery were divided into three groups: physiological, psychological, and a combination of both. Almost half of the patients (46%) undergoing reduction of the labia minora have both functional physiological reasons. Precise selection of patients and preoperative consultation about the need for surgery, and in the absence of visible aesthetic problems of refusal of operation is the key to psychological health of women.
