Natural menopausa during the various age periods: quality of life and tactics of treatment-and-prophylactic actions

Results of the spent testify that first signs of efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic actions begin only in 6 months and increases in frequency of easy climacteric infringements consist in authentic at simultaneous decrease in average and heavy; reduction of level of social and psychoinjuring factors, infringements of all kinds of dream and intensity of a painful syndrome. From laboratory parametres to this term we marked only authentic decrease in the maintenance fibrinogene. Among a wide spectrum urodynamics infringements it is possible to allocate increase in frequency easy urogenital frustration at simultaneous decrease in frequency nicrurii. All other studied parametres, including endocrinological status and lipide exchange, were normalised after 6 months from an initiation of treatment and remained within a year. Peak efficiency of improvement of quality of life and decrease in the basic displays of climacteric infringements at women in age with 61 till 68 years is noted only at the final stage – in 12 months. The received results allow to recommend advanced algorithm for wide use in practical public health services at women with natural menopausa at various age – from 45 till 68 years.
