Pre-eclampsia in women – consumers opiate injection drug users

In the article we presented the data of researches of IDUs women during pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia. The basic etiological factors contributing to the development of preeclampsia in this group of women are features and pathogenesis. Based on the clinical and laboratory research methods, the features of occurrence of preeclampsia, pregnancy, childbirth and features of perinatal outcomes in children of women IDUs whose pregnancy was complicated by preeclampsia were indicated in the article. In the summary there are some reccomendation to prevention and treatment of preeclampsia in IDU pregnant woman where presented.
