The article presents results of analysis of clinical and laboratory characteristics of women of reproductive age with dyshormonal breast diseases. 158 women were divided into two groups: 123 in the main group and 35 in the control. We used a questionnaire, clinical, instrumental and morphological methods. The structure of dysplasia breast greatest weight presented a mixed clinical and morphological forms (71.6%), including the presence of cysts 48.0%. Proliferation without atypia by cytological studies found in 59.3% of cases.In the main group was significantly more likely to have been some gynecological diseases (irregular menstruation, uterine fibroids) and reproductive losses in the history of women 5 times more often.
