Modern problems the diagnosis and treatment of gastroschisis (review)

Article is devoted to the problem of pediatric surgery – congenital malformation of the anterior abdominal wall gastroschisis in newborns. This paper highlights issues of epidemiology, mortality, etiology and embryogenesis. The presented features of prenatal diagnosis and perinatal management fetuses and infants with gastroschisis. Considered in detail current approaches to the tactics and strategy of treatment of this defect depending on on the presence of complicated forms of gastroschisis, visceroabdominal disproportion comorbidity.
