For the period 2000–2015 years Ukraine got a lot of success in frame of Achievement of Millennium Goals. It was done due to changed technologies in medical care for child population. The WHO, UNICEF and others international organizations did big input in process of development and implementation of new evidence based technologies. But there are a lot of no solved problems continue to be a part of medical care, and we can see these problems when we are analyzing main indicators: perinatal, early neonatal, infant and child mortality and maternal mortality as well. After this analyzing we can choose the main directions which will request our main efforts which are changing of collecting and analyzing data system and reorganization of Ukraine health system.
