Condition of regionalization of perinatal care in Ukraine

Purpose — the analysis and evaluation of implementation of regionalization of perinatal care. 
 

Patients and methods. The condition of regionalization of perinatal care has been analysed according to its monitoring and evaluation. 
 

Results. Expected indicators of accessibility to tertiary perinatal care of patrimonial sanctions of pregnant women with heart diseases — 63.4%, cardiovascular diseases — 50.5%, premature birth in term till 34 weeks — 54.6% have been achieved. The hypothesis of increase in survival rate of infants during the first 168 hours of life with birth weight 500.0–999.0 g and 1000.0–1499.0 g from 57.6% in 2011 up to 64.2% in 2014 (OR from 95% CI 1.5 (1.3–1.8) and from 87.3% up to 89.9% (OR from 95% CI 1.5 (1.2–1.7) respectively and decrease fetoinfantile losses from 15.2 per 1,000 live birth and dead in 2011 up to 13.8 in 2014, OR 95% CI 0.9 (0.8–0.9) is confirmed. 
 

Conclusions. The received data have been confirmed expected results of regionalization of perinatal care system.
