Objective — to study perinatal outcomes in women with cholestatic hepatosis according to the treatment.

Patients and methods. A comprehensive survey of 129 pregnant women with cholestatic hepatosis and 50 practically healthy pregnant women with physiological course of pregnancy and childbirth (control group) in the age 18-42 years is conducted.

Results. It is demonstrated that the pathological processes in the body of a pregnant woman due to cholestasis contribute to increase of the frequency of preterm birth, fetal malnutrition and the risk of fetal death.

Conclusions. The inclusion of the efferent therapy in the complex treatment of pregnant women with cholestatic hepatosis improves pregnancy outcomes for the fetus and newborn.

Key words: cholestatic hepatosis of pregnant women, perinatal complications.
