A clinical case of a child treatment with rare combination of congenital small intestinal malformation and abdominal wall defect — duodenal atresia type III with omphalocele, was shown. A surgical excision of omphalocele sac with right liver lobe and small intestine primary reduction into the abdominal cavity and «end to side» duodenojejunostomy behind the transverse colon creation with following umbilicus formation was performed. A good result of surgical correction of presented defects was achived.
