The paper presents an analysis of the D-status of pregnant women with threatened preterm labor and bacterial vaginosis. It was found that the vast majority of pregnant women revealed a lack of vitamin D. For 60.3% of pregnant women with threatened preterm labor is characterized by a deficiency of vitamin D (14,60±3,14 ng/ml), while 13.8% of patients have a severe deficiency of vitamin D (7,16±1,40 ng/ml). It is proved that the detection rate of BV in pregnant women with threatened preterm labor increases from 9.1% for vitamin D deficiency to 50.0% when expressed D-deficiency.
Key words: pregnancy, bacterial vaginosis, preterm birth, vitamin D, -deficiency.
