Patients and methods. We analyzed the extensive, intensive and standardized indicators, quantified showing the incidence of breast cancer, designed the overall mortality rate, mortality rate, five-year survival, and prevalence ratio.

Results. In the structure of malignant tumors of breast cancer in the large industrial cities of the country is more than 20.0% (Shirvan – 21.2%, Mingachaur – 22.5%, Sumgait – 25.4%, Ganja – 23.8%). The highest rate of infection among patients with breast cancer was observed in Ganja and amounted to 515,10/0000. Noted high levels of mortality rates in the studied cities of the country (4.2–19.0%). The magnitude of age-standardized incidence rate in the range of 41.70/0000 (Sumgait c.) to 72.80/0000 (Mingechaur c.), with the highest level of this indicator is marked in the age group 50–59 years, the value which ranged from 14.50/0000 (Shirvan c.) to 26.80/0000 (Mingechaur c.).

Conclusion. High incidence of breast cancer in the age group 50–59 years, the value of which was standardized in Sumgait – 16.10/0000, Shirvan с. – 14.50/0000, Mingechaur с. – 26.80/0000, Ganja с. – 18.60/0000.
