Modern methods of diagnosis and correction of gestational diabetes in pregnant women

One of the most frequent complications of pregnancy is gestational diabetes (GD). According to modern concepts of GD called glucose intolerance of any degree, or are emerging for the first time during pregnancy. It is diagnosed on the basis of the results of the glucose tolerance test. According to a large-scale studies, GD occurs in 3-17% of pregnant women.

Key words: gestational diabetes, diabetes, glucose tolerant test, gestational diabetes protocols and standarts of treatment of pregnant.
