The results of hormonal, morphological and immunohistochemical studies of endometrial biopsies of patients with PCOS and miscarriage history demonstrated ovarian and endometrial desynchronization cycle in PCOS, which can lead to loss receptive endometrial implantation and violation implementation process. The use of indole-3-carbinol, combined with dienogest is pathogenetically sound therapy effective recovery of endometrial receptor capacity thanks to its anti-inflammatory and receptor flavoring impact on the structure endomeriya.
