	Research objective: increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment submucose myomas of uterus at women of reproductive age on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, endocrinological and immunohystochemistrical features, and also working out and introductions of advanced algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions with use modern endoscopical technologies and the directed medicamentous correction.
	
	Material and research methods. Сlinical-morphological investigation of 60 women by which has been executed conservative myomectomy has been carried, they have been divided on two groups depending on a technique of rehabilitation actions. Into a complex of the spent methods of researches entered: clinical-laboratory methods of diagnostics; ultrasonic researches of bodies small to a basin; hysteroscopia; separate diagnostic curretage of mucous membrane cervical channel and cavity of uterus with the subsequent morphological research; immunohystochemistrical methods of studying of biomolecular markers.
	
	Results. The carried out analysis of the nearest and remote results submucose myomectomy has shown that myomectomy is an expedient and effective surgical method of treatment.
	
	Conclusion. Use invasial endoscopical technologies promotes smooth postoperative period, reduces terms of stay of patients in hospital that in a combination with hormonotherapy, appointed with the account immunohystochemistrical researches creates more favorable conditions for realisation of reproductive function.
