The article presents the results of research emotional state of fertile aged women with uterine leiomyoma and disorders of autonomic homeostasis. The obtained data showed that low level of emotional stress dominated in these women. The majority of fertile aged women with uterine leiomyoma and disorders of autonomic homeostasis that manifestated as somatoform dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system of hypotonic type had medium and high levels.of emotional stress. The analysis of the level of situational and personal anxiety in fertile aged women with uterine leiomyoma and disorders of autonomic homeostasis showed low prevalence of both situational and personal anxiety. Mild anxiety level was higher and in fertile aged women with uterine leiomyoma and disorders of autonomic homeostasis in the form of hypotonic somatoform dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. State of psychological adjustment in fertile aged women with uterine leiomyoma and disorders of autonomic homeostasis characterized by a predominance of adaptability, which is typical for this type of change reproductive health.
