Objective: to develop a set of measures for the safe surgery in order to prevent the progression of varicose veins of the lower limbs in women with minimal impact on the course of pregnancy, fetal development and correct carrying of a pregnancy.
	
	Materials and methods. Surgical treatment was performed in 76 patients with advanced varicose veins of the lower extremities. Achieved 107 surgical interventions, mainly in the II trimester (76.3%) and in the III trimester (23.7%) pregnancies in a planned manner. They were used for pain relief in 90.8% of pregnant local anesthesia: a version thereof – tumescent anesthesia by J. Klein.. To prevent the development of the inferior vena cava syndrome in pregnant women during surgery pregnant stacked on the operating table on your left side at an angle 30є.
	
	Results. Developed a set of measures allowed to receive 100% of pregnant women (in their subjective assessment) positive surgical treatment of progressive lower limb varicosity and protect them from complications during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. The evaluation results of surgery performed on the 1st and the 2nd day after 2 weeks after surgery.
	
	Conclusion. Close cooperation between the obstetrician and vascular surgeon in the specialized obstetric institution is decisive in the choice of tactics of treatment progressing of varicose veins of the lower extremities in pregnant women. Knowledge of pregnancy, changes in the anatomy of the lower extremities and hemodynamic characteristics in the venous system during pregnancy, perform minimally invasive surgery at the optimum time of pregnancy highly phlebologist allows you to get on the subjective assessment of pregnant women 100% positive result.
