Research objective – rising of forecasting effectiveness of repeated complications of gestation at women with high perinatal risk on the basis of use of modern informative markers.

The material and research methods. Було обстежено 150 жінок з різним ступенем перинатального ризику. Для перевірки алгоритму додатково відібрано 50 жінок з ускладненнями при попередній вагітності. In a complex of the conducted researches were included clinical, ehografical, dopplerometrical, cardiotocografical, laboratory.

The received results. Determination of informational content of the clinical risk factors added with laboratory troubleshooting tests of an assessment of feto-placental homeostasis, allowed to develop an estimated and prognostic scale of risk of development of repeated gestational complications. The offered mark measuring system of an assessment of risk of gestational complications allows to prove expediency of carrying out medical actions in group of risk. At the same time with it presented approach opens prospect of allocation of the contingent of the pregnant women who aren't needing carrying out treatment-and-prophylactic actions that will allow to avoid unreasonable interventions in gestational process.

The conclusion — use of an offered technique of forecasting will allow to reduce the frequency of repeated complications of pregnancy.

Key words: pregnancy, repeated complications, perinatal risk, forecasting.
