В статье представлены клинико-эпидемиологические данные о папилломавирусной и герпесвирусной инфекции, в частности, о генитальном герпесе – одной из наиболее распространенных вирусных инфекций.

Ключевые слова: вирус папилломы человека, рак шейки матки, персистенция, реинфекция, вирусоносительство, иммуномодуляторы, герпесвирусная инфекция, генитальный герпес, индукторы интерферона.
