В статье представлены данные о происхождении внутриматочной жидкости в полости матки у женщин в постменопаузальный период. Освещены главные факторы, по данным литературы, которые влияют на появление внутриматочной жидкости. Описаные частота выявления этой патологии, основные жалобы пациенток, оценка состояния эндометрия. Приведенные данные свидетельствуют о доброкачественном или злокачественном течении процесса при наличии внутриматочной жидкости в полости матки у женщин в постменопаузальный период.

Ключевые слова: постменопаузальный период, внутриматочная жидкость (серозометра), патологические процессы эндометрия.
