Вторинні пухлини головного мозку у дітей, які отримали променеву та хіміотерапію з приводу гострої лімфобластної лейкемії

Описано історію трьох пацієнтів, у яких діагностовано вторинні пухлини головного мозку (ВПГМ) — фібринозну астроцитому, олігодендрогліому, доброякісну менінгіому відповідно через 6 років 1 місяць, 7 років та через 7,5 року після завершення дворічного курсу протокольного лікування гострої лімфобластної лейкемії (ГЛЛ). Це становить 1,01% від 298 живих дітей віком до 18 років, хворих на первинно діагностовану ГЛЛ, пролікованих у відділенні гематології та інтенсивної хіміотерапії КЗ ЛОР ЗУСДМЦ за період з лютого 1993 р. до грудня 2017 р. згідно з програмами поліхіміотерапії групи ALL-BFM та INTERFANT 99/06. Відповідно до вимог протокольного лікування застосовувалася хіміотерапія, у частини хворих — опромінення центральної нервової системи. Аналіз свідчить, що із застосуванням сучасної терапії, заснованої на оцінці ризику, рівень захворюваності на вторинні новоутворення після діагностування ГЛЛ у дитинстві залишається низьким впродовж 25 років спостереження. Отримані результати спостережень порівнювалися з повідомленнями інших онкогематологічних центрів.
