Уміст ендотеліального моноцитактивувального поліпептиду-ІІ в сироватці крові хворих на синдром полікістозних яєчників з різною масою тіла

Уміст ендотеліального моноцитактивувального поліпептиду-ІІ в сироватці крові хворих на синдром полікістозних яєчників з різною масою тіла

У результаті дослідження виявлено підвищення вмісту ендотеліального моноцитактивувального поліпептиду-ІІ (ЕМАР-ІІ) у хворих із синдромом полікістозних яєчників (СПКЯ) як з ожирінням, так і з нормальною масою тіла, в порівнянні з контрольною групою. У групі хворих на СПКЯ як з ожирінням, так і з нормальною масою тіла виявлено достовірний прямий кореляційний зв’язок між умістом ЕМАР-ІІ та індексом маси тіла, індексом НОМА, показниками ліпідного обміну, андрогенами. Виявлені зміни можуть свідчити про розвиток ендотеліальної дисфункції у хворих на СПКЯ.
