Сучасні погляди на діагностику гострої ревматичної лихоманки відповідно до перегляду критеріїв Джонса 2015 року

У статті розглядаються питання діагностики гострої ревматичної лихоманки відповідно до перегляду критеріїв Джонса 2015 року. Експертами виділено великі та малі критерії для груп населення з низьким ризиком та помірним і високим ризиком розвитку гострої ревматичної лихоманки. Особливе значення надається діагностиці субклінічного кардиту, який при перегляді 2015 року віднесено до великих критеріїв. Виділені експертами чіткі допплерографічні та морфологічні критерії ревматичного кардиту дозволять проводити вчасну діагностику та уникати випадків як гіпер-, так і гіподіагностики.
