У даній статті про передчасну недостатність яєчників (ПНЯ) широко обговорюється вплив естрогенного дефіциту у пацієнток зі своєчасною менопаузою на ризик розвитку серцево-судинних захворювань (ССЗ). Але, тим не менш, робіт, присвячених даній проблемі з ПНЯ, вкрай недостатньо. Тому для підтвердження особливої ролі ПНЯ естрогенного дефіциту в розвитку ССЗ необхідне подальше дослідження з ретельним аналізом не тільки предикторів розвитку ССЗ, але й обов’язкового врахування кардіоваскулярних симптомів у цієї категорії пацієнток.
