Роль пребіотиків у забезпеченні здоров’я дитини: літературні дані та власні дослідження

У статті наведені короткі історичні відомості, класифікація та вимоги до пребиотиків. Показана клінічна ефективність галакто-, фруктоолігосахаридів, інуліну, мальтодекстрину, харчових волокон та необхідність їх використання для лікування та профілактики функціональних розладів кишечника. Наведені дані про необхідність застосування пребіотиків як одного з основних компонентів симбіотичних комплексів.
Автори заявляють про відсутність конфлікту інтересів.
Ключові слова: пребіотик, діти, фруктоолігосахариди, галактоолігосахариди, інулін, лактулоза, мальтодекстрин, харчові волокна.
