Поствакцинальний імунітет проти кору та епідемічного паротиту у ВІЛ-інфікованих дітей

ВІЛ-інфіковані діти залишаються вразливою групою щодо розвитку керованих інфекцій, їх частоти і важкості. Дослідження показало низький рівень охоплення щепленнями ВІЛ-інфікованих дітей проти кору та епідемічного паротиту. Серед щеплених дітей з ВІЛ-інфекцією виявлена велика частка дітей, не захищених проти кору (42,4%) та епідемічного паротиту (60,6%). Встановлені предиктори наявності імунного захисту проти кору та епідемічного паротиту: ранній початок антиретровірусної терапії (АРТ), початок і проведення імунізації у дітей на тлі лікування ВІЛ-інфекції, вищий рівень CD4+ Т-лімфоцитів на час проведення дослідження.
