Поліненасичені жирні кислоти: вплив на імунітет та можливості клінічного застосування

ДЗ «Запорізька медична академія післядипломної освіти МОЗ України» 

В огляді літератури наведені дані сучасних досліджень про імунотропні характеристики поліненасичених жирних кислот (ω-3 ПНЖК) і перспективи їх клінічного застосування. Практичне використання ω3 ПНЖК дає можливість вирішувати важливі тактичні та стратегічні завдання терапії та профілактики запальних захворювань різного ґенезу (інфекційного, алергічного, аутоімунного) у дітей, що пов'язано з універсальним регулюючим механізмом иммунотропного впливу — захисним і протизапальним, залежно від вихідного стану імунної активності. Дані ефекти відкривають реальні перспективи безпечного імунорегуляторного впливу в педіатрії через метаболічні механізми регуляції синтезу і функціонування імунних клітин.
