У статті описано рідкісний за локалізацією та гістопатологічною картиною клінічний випадок підтвердженої первинної В-клітинної лімфоми стравоходу, некласифікованої, з проміжними характеристиками між дифузною В-великоклітинною лімфомою і класичною лімфомою Годжкіна у 14-річного пацієнта із синдромом Дауна. Показано ендоскопічні та радіологічні особливості діагностики хвороби.

Ключові слова: дитина, В-клітинна лімфома некласифікована, лімфома Годжкіна, первинна лімфома стравоходу, синдром Дауна.
