Переваги застосування персоналізованої терапії у лікуванні бактеріального вагінозу у жінок репродуктивного віку

Мета дослідження: визначення клінічної ефективності персоналізованої терапії порівняно зі стандартною схемою лікування.


Матеріали та методи. Клінічний, бактеріоскопічний, якісний і кількісний методи полімеразної ланцюгової реакції для визначення умовно-патогенної та патогенної флори урогенітального тракту.


Результати. Проведення персоналізованої етіотропної терапії з урахуванням чутливості виявлених мікроорганізмів, асоційованих з бактеріальним вагінозом (БВ), та їхнього кількісного співвідношення дозволяє отримати стійкий ефект лікування в 97,5% випадків.


Заключення. Таким чином, статистично значуща нормалізація показників групи пацієнток, лікування яких було проведено з урахуванням мікрофлори піхви, асоційованої з БВ, свідчить про ефективність персоналізованої терапії.
