Онкологія в акушерстві – міф чи реальність?

У цій оглядовій статті наведені епідеміологічні дані щодо частоти, клініки, діагностики і тактики лікування злоякісних новоутворень, уперше виявлених під час даної вагітності, як генітальної, так і екстрагенітальної локалізації. Хірургічне, специфічне або комбіноване лікування здійснюють за принципами мультидисциплінарності зі збереженням даної вагітності на підставі канадського та європейських гайдлайнів (ESMO). У публікації представлені власні клінічні випадки.

Ключові слова: злоякісні новоутворення, уперше виявлені під час вагітності; генітальні та екстрагенітальні форми раку; лікування на тлі вагітності з її збереженням.
