Можливості музичної терапії у паліативній медицині

Наведено огляд наукових досліджень щодо застосування музичної терапії у комплексному паліативному лікуванні, опублікованих в останні п`ять років. Пошук джерел літератури проводився у наукометричниї базах Scopus, Web of Science і PubMed. Аналіз показує, що можливості фармакотерапії у лікуванні пацієнтів хоспісних відділень істотно обмежені через недостатню ефективність, часті побічні ефекти і протипоказання. Оскільки основні механізми впливу музики на організм людини реалізуються через емоційний стан і нервову систему, вона все частіше служить об’єктом дослідження в паліативної медицині. Експериментальні дослідження демонструють ефективність і безпеку музичної терапії як засобу контролю психоемоційного стану. Доведено здатність музичної терапії пригнічувати патологічні адренергічні впливи, що сприяє стабілізації гемодинаміки і знижує потребу міокарда в кисні. Релаксуючий, седативний і знеболювальний ефект музики дозволяє зменшувати дозування психотропних і болезаспокійливих препаратів для важких хворих. Накопичений позитивний досвід застосування музичної терапії при різноманітних нозологічних формах захворювань дозволяє вважати, що метод має величезний потенціал і заслуговує найширшого застосування в роботі установ паліативної допомоги практичної охорони здоров’я.
