Молекулярно-біологічні генетичні індуктори зміни слизової оболонки ендометрія при зовнішньому генітальному ендометріозі

Описано основні теорії патогенезу ендометріозу. Викладено сучасний підхід до механізмів розвитку еутопічного ендометрія у пацієнток з ендометріозом і ендометріоїдних гетеротопій, що включають зміни в експресії індукторів адгезії, інвазії, ангіогенезу, гормональних індукторів, рецептивності і індукторів імунітету.

Визначено відмінності здорового ендометрія, ендометрія пацієнток з ендометріозом і ендометріоїдних гетеротопій. Результати досліджень з цієї теми сприяють розширенню знань про патогенез ендометріозу, своєчасному виявленню можливих лікувальних мішеней і, крім того, ефективності методів ранньої діагностики і прогнозування перебігу даної патології.

Ключові слова: ендометріоз, ектопічний ендометрій, гормональні індуктори, еутопічний ендометрій, рецептивність.
