Молекулярні основи розвитку ожиріння та його метаболічних ускладнень у дітей

Молекулярні основи розвитку ожиріння та його метаболічних ускладнень у дітей

Метою роботи було проаналізувати наявні у літературі дані про молекулярні основи розвитку ожиріння та його метаболічних ускладнень, пов'язаних з резистентністю до інсуліну, у дітей та підлітків. Численними дослідженнями встановлено, що розвиток ожиріння і пов'язаних з ним метаболічних ускладнень значною мірою обумовлений впливом факторів довкілля, порушенням біологічних ритмів та генетично детермінованою схильністю до цієї патології. Особливе значення приділяють дисрегуляції біологічного годинника, що контролює більшість фізіологічних та метаболічних процесів і тісно поєднаний зі стресом ендоплазматичного ретикулуму, який забезпечує адаптацію клітин до різноманітних змін гомеостазу і є причетним до розвитку ожиріння, резистентності до інсуліну та діабету другого типу. Дискутуються питання щодо можливості створення нових лікарських препаратів та терапевтичних стратегій для впливу на стресс ендоплазматичного ретикулуму за різних захворювань, у тому числі і за ожиріння.
