Гострий панкреатит є однією з найбільших проблем невідкладної абдомінальної хірургії. Деструктивні (некротичні) форми становлять близько 20% у його структурі та саме вони призводять до найбільшої кількості морфологічних локальних і системних ускладнень, смертельних наслідків. Останнє десятиліття ознаменоване широким впровадженням у лікування гострого панкреатиту мініінвазивних технологій, покрокове використання яких значно покращило результати лікування даної паталогії. У статті висвітлена покрокова стратегія (step-up-approach) лікування деструктивних форм гострого панкреатиту.
Ключові слова: гострий деструктивний панкреатит, мініінвазивні втручання, покроковий підхід.
