Мініінвазивна корекція стенозів дихальних шляхів у дітей

Мета — оцінити ефективність мініінвазивних методів корекції стенозів дихальних шляхів у дітей.
Матеріали і методи. Проведено ретроспективне дослідження пацієнтів, яким діагностовано вроджений або набутий підзв'язковий ларинготрахеальний стеноз, вроджений стеноз трахеї, зумовлений повними хрящовими кільцями, вроджений стеноз проміжного бронха та проведено щонайменше один сеанс ендоскопічного лікування.
Результати. У дослідження включений 41 пацієнт віком від 3 тижнів до 15 років (22,6±6,2 місяці), 24 (58,5%) дітей були молодше року. У 11 пацієнтів виявлено вроджений, у 23 — постінтубаційний підзв'язковий стеноз, 4 мали вроджений стеноз трахеї, зумовлений повними хрящовими кільцями, ще 3 — вроджений стеноз проміжного бронху. У 39 (95,1%) пацієнтів мініінвазивні ендоскопічні процедури проведені як первинне лікування. У 6 випадках ними доповнено хірургічну корекцію. За ларинготрахеального стенозу І, ІІ та ІІІ ступеня ефективність первинного застосування мініінвазивних методів становила 100%, 86,4% та 40% відповідно, за повних хрящових кілець та стенозу проміжного бронху — 100%.
Висновки. Загальна частота позитивних результатів при первинному застосуванні мініінвазивних методів корекції стенозів дихальних шляхів становить 84,6%, що відповідає даним сучасної літератури.
